Dear Californians,

If you left California because of the high taxes, high crime, and poor school system, do not vote to implement the same policies you fled thinking “this time we’ll do it right.” You didn’t do anything wrong, that’s simply what socialism does: It sounds good on paper and then it collapses because it’s not practical or realistic.

If you disagree and are trying to overthrow the majority who have lived here for centuries enjoying freedom from government intervention, please return to where you came from. There’ll be no hard feelings, we can still be friends. but not “close” friends in the literal sense.
