Joe Biden’s 1988 path to the White House included this interaction with a constituent who was curious about his credentials. Listen to Creepy Joe’s response and then read the truth below.
“I went to law school on a full academic scholarship. The only one in my class to have a full academic scholarship.”
His total school costs were $2,620 a semester. His scholarship was $800. While it’s nice to have roughly 1/3rd of your tuition covered, it’s not as impressive as saying it was all covered.
“In the first year in law school I decided I didn’t want to be in law school and ended up in bottom 2/3rds and then decided I wanted to stay and went back to law school and in fact ended up in the top half of my class.”
Joe graduated 76th in a class of 85. No wonder he ended up in government, 76th of 85 doesn’t exactly scream “HIRE ME” to public sector companies.
“I graduated with 3 degrees from undergraduate school.”
He said he meant he had a dual major. This isn’t a slip of the tongue, it’s a blatant lie.
One major interesting fact about Ol’ Uncle Joe:
He plagiarized his work and had to redo a class.
He claims he didn’t know he had to cite his sources. The fact is that plaigiarism is taught in high school, and if it’s not, it’s definitely taught in the entry level classes needed before you make it to law school. This scandal is likely what caused him to drop out of the race in 1988.
