The man just had a stroke. He’s incoherent. His thought patterns are non-linear. He’s still recovering.

I disagree with his politics – he’s far, far left, almost to AOC levels. But that’s separate from why I think he should be disqualified from running, which is: He’s not mentally capable of doing the job. He’ll get there… eventually. But he’s not there now, and that’s what we need: Someone who can do the job right, even if it’s not the job we want him to do since he’s a far left liberal.
