If a person is too stupid to fill out a Voter ID registration, do we really want them voting?

And considering that these are FREE in many states, and most of the states that charge for an ID are under $10, this also isn’t a barrier. We need secure elections and the only way to do that is to demand that only citizens with valid IDs vote.
