Amy Coney Barrett is a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit and our favorite candidate to fill the next vacancy on the Supreme Court. A solid conservative who is virtually guaranteed to uphold the Constitution, she also graduated at the top of her class at Notre Dame law school, edited the Notre Dame Law Review, and clerked for Justice Antonin Scalia.
